Yea...So the image explains pretty much everything..First you have to switch control of Bistro Butcher.After that summon Nova Summoner,attack Butcher with it,draw 2 from Bistro's effect and summon another Nova Summoner.When you run out of Nova's get out a Shining Angel and repeat the combo like in the image.For each 3 monster summoned you get 9 cards from the deck(3 lost on the field from battle + 6 drawn from Bistro Butcher = - 9 cards from the deck).
In the wors case you finish with 10 cards in the deck because you were unfortunate and drew one of the 6 monsters :)

Using cards like Battle Mania or Final Attack Orders you can inflict 9000 of effect damage to the opponent.
