So, I will start with the decklist and I will explain afterwards the mechanism.

How it works?

a)Searching the cards

• Magical Merchant is searched via Gokipon and Danipon 
• Galaxy Knight can be added to your hand with cards like Galaxy Soldier, Galaxy Wizard and Galaxy Mirror Sage
• Galaxy Eyes Photon Dragon, like Galaxy Knight can be searched by all the other Galaxy monsters, and also by Eclipse Wyvern
• Galaxy Queen`s Light can only be searched by Galaxy Wizard, that`s why, in order to get your precious spell, you need to get Wizard out first, which can be searched like all the other Galaxy monsters

b)The cards you need

• In your hand: Magical Merchant, Galaxy Knight, Galaxy Eyes Photon Dragon and Galaxy Queen`s Light 
• In the cemetery: Wulf, Plague(at least 1), Quillbolt, Dragon Rulers
• Wulf usually will be directly special summoned to the field and will be later on tributed for Galaxy Eyes Photon Dragon
• If no Wulfs are milled, you can Special Summon Plague and Quillbolt to Xyz into Sky Cavalry Centaurea or you can Special Summon the Dragon Rulers

c)The combo

1. Excavate your deck with Magical Merchant until you get the second Galaxy Queen`s Light to your hand
2. Special Summon the required monsters with 2000 or more attack
3. Special Summon Galaxy Eyes Photon Dragon
4. Special Summon from the cemetery as many monsters as possible, until you fill the field
5. Activate the first Galaxy Queen`s Light and change all the levels on the field to 8
6. Xyz Summon into Prime Photon Dragon (using Galaxy Eyes Photon Dragon and any other monster, except for Plaguespreader Zombie)
7. Xyz Summon into Full Armor Photon Dragon (activate effect, detach Galaxy Eyes Photon Dragon to destroy one opponent monster)
8. Xyz Summon into Dark Matter Dragon (use his effect if you have not excavated the Dragon Rulers at the first step)
9. Repeat Steps 6 and 7, Plague stays on the field, destroy another enemy monster, if possible and detach Quillbolt (if you have one attached).
10. Special Summon other 3 monsters from the cemetery (Dragon Rulers, Quillbolt or even another Plague) until your field is full again
11. Activate the second Galaxy Queen`s Light and change all the levels on the field to 8 again
12. Xyz Summon into Neo Galaxy Eyes Photon Dragon
13. Normal Summon, without tributing, Galaxy Knight and Special Summon, from your cemetery, Galaxy Eyes Photon Dragon
14. Xyz Summon into Galaxy Prime Photon Dragon
15. Have fun and OTK the bastard!
